					<description><![CDATA[What about a water stain on the ceiling inside?  It&#039;s been there a while but hasn&#039;t gotten any worse since last year (or even the year before, maybe).  I assume it&#039;s from a leak in the roof, but if it&#039;s not changing... should I be worried about it?  Could it have just happened with some really high winds one time (it&#039;s a tile roof), but not necessarily mean that there is a bigger problem?]]></description>
